Quick checks for the most common Director AI problems.

A generation failed

  • Confirm the selected provider is available and funded.
  • Check that required reference images are accessible.
  • Try a supported duration, model, and resolution.
  • Keep the project page open long enough to receive job status.
  • If the provider reports insufficient credits or Pollen, add balance with that provider or select another available engine.

The Editor will not open

  • Confirm you are signed into the correct account.
  • Check that the $9.99 Editor subscription is active.
  • Refresh after payment while the webhook activates access.
  • Email billing@directorai.site with the payment date if access remains locked.

Media will not upload

  • Confirm your storage connection is active.
  • Check the provider's available capacity and CORS settings.
  • Use a supported file type and retry on a stable connection.
