As between you and TMG Studios LLC, you retain ownership of your story, uploads, edits, and film, except for the limited licenses needed to operate the service and the 2% commercial-revenue royalty described in the Terms.
AI-generated material
Copyright protection can depend on the amount and nature of human authorship. Purely AI-generated material may not receive the same protection as human-created expression. Keep records of your writing, selections, edits, arrangement, and other creative decisions.
Third-party rights
Only upload or generate material you have the right to use. Public figures, private individuals, copyrighted characters, music, trademarks, and licensed source material can require separate permission.
