Cancel through the available account billing controls. Cancellation prevents the next renewal. Paid Editor benefits continue until the current billing period expires.
No prorated refunds
TMG Studios LLC does not provide refunds or credits for partial months, unused Editor time, unused internal credits, accidental non-use, or a canceled subscription’s remaining days, except where required by law.
Your projects after cancellation
Your project media remains in the separate storage account you control. After Editor access expires, paid editing and generation features lock, but cancellation does not itself delete media from your storage provider.

For a duplicate charge, an account-access problem after payment, or a legally required refund request, contact billing@directorai.site with the account email, charge date, and transaction reference. Never email full card details.
