- Account identifiers and profile information supplied through authentication
- Project metadata, stories, prompts, character details, and support communications
- Subscription, transaction, and billing status from payment providers; Director AI does not need your full card number
- Device, browser, log, security, and usage information
- Storage-connection information and file references needed to access user-controlled storage
How we use information
- Provide, personalize, maintain, and secure Director AI
- Process subscriptions and verify access
- Generate requested output and preserve project continuity
- Provide support and service messages
- Detect fraud, abuse, security incidents, and policy violations
- Comply with law and enforce agreements
Service providers
We may share information with vendors that provide authentication, hosting, database, payment, storage, analytics, customer support, and AI-generation services. They receive information needed for their functions and are subject to their own terms and privacy practices.
AI processing and training
Project content may be transmitted to the generation provider selected for a requested operation. Provider retention and training practices can differ. Director AI will not represent that a third-party provider offers zero retention unless that provider and configuration actually support it.
Retention and deletion
We retain information while needed to provide the service, meet legal and accounting duties, resolve disputes, and secure the platform. Media stored in your connected provider remains subject to your settings and that provider’s policies. Send access, correction, or deletion requests to privacy@directorai.site.
Minors
Director AI is not directed to children under 13, and accounts may not be created by anyone under 13. Users aged 13 through the age of legal majority must have parent or guardian permission.
Security and international use
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no system is completely secure. Information may be processed where TMG Studios LLC or its providers operate, subject to applicable safeguards.
