Prohibited content
- Child sexual abuse material or sexualized content involving minors
- Non-consensual intimate imagery or sexual deepfakes
- Material that facilitates violent wrongdoing, exploitation, fraud, or targeted harassment
- Deceptive impersonation presented as authentic where it may cause harm
- Content that unlawfully infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights
- Attempts to bypass safety, access, billing, or provider controls
Real people and likenesses
Obtain appropriate consent before uploading a person’s face, voice, private information, or performance. Clearly disclose synthetic or materially altered media when context could reasonably cause viewers to believe a real person said or did something they did not.
Creator responsibility
You must review generated material before publishing it. You are responsible for releases, music licenses, source-material permissions, age ratings, advertising disclosures, and distribution requirements that apply to your film.
Enforcement
TMG Studios LLC may remove content from systems it controls, restrict generation, preserve evidence, suspend accounts, or report conduct when reasonably necessary to enforce this policy, protect users, or comply with law.
